Revenue movement
Where did demand quietly disappear?
Identify declining customers, stores, channels and categories before aggregate revenue hides the movement.
Board-ready revenue intelligence
WorthArc Revenue Scan turns your existing trading data into a clear map of missed revenue, margin leakage and working-capital opportunities – then prioritises what management should do next.

Illustrative analysis view. Every finding in the final report is traced back to source data.
Your data, made decision-ready.
What the numbers are not telling you
Most reporting explains what happened. WorthArc is designed to reveal why commercial performance moved, what the business is leaving behind and which interventions deserve capital first.
Revenue movement
Identify declining customers, stores, channels and categories before aggregate revenue hides the movement.
Margin quality
Test pricing, gross profit, discounting and product mix at the level where management can act.
Cash conversion
Connect each revenue opportunity to stock, credit, marketing, deposits, capacity and execution gates.
A wider opportunity field
Every opportunity is separated by evidence, execution risk and time to cash – so a creative idea never masquerades as a forecast.
Customers, conversion, pricing, margin, range and stock.
E-commerce, services, subscriptions, cross-sell and partnerships.
Supplier-funded media, data products, new formats and category-defying bets.
Seven commercial lenses
The scan adapts to the operating model. A retailer is examined through stores, channels, baskets and SKUs; a distributor through accounts, quotes, products and credit.
See what the report containsSeparate genuine growth from customer, store, channel or account decline.
Find lapsed demand, weak repeat patterns, cross-sell gaps and underdeveloped accounts.
Expose inconsistent pricing, margin leakage and revenue that is not creating enough value.
See where range, category penetration, attachment and assortment are underperforming.
Measure opportunity entering the pipeline, what converts, what stalls and what is lost.
Connect growth ideas to stock turn, credit, lead times, cash requirements and funding gates.
Test channels, services and more unconventional opportunities without confusing them with the core plan.
Built for stockholding businesses
WorthArc is initially designed for UK businesses where products, stock, pricing and operating discipline determine the quality of growth.
For established multi-site, e-commerce and omnichannel retailers with transaction-level product data.
For trade suppliers, merchants and specialist distributors with repeat customers, product breadth and working capital tied up in stock.
Selected stockholding manufacturers and product businesses may also qualify where the same commercial data is available.

The decision document
You receive a management document designed to support decisions, ownership and execution – not a list of generic recommendations.
The few commercial facts that should change management behaviour.
Value range, evidence, confidence, dependencies and time to cash.
What each initiative may require in stock, marketing, capacity or customer terms.
Actions, owners, decision gates, leading indicators and review cadence.
Clear separation between measured facts, assumptions and management inputs.
From application to boardroom
Financial files are requested only after the company is accepted, scope is clear and the data-handling terms are in place.
Tell us about the business, its sector, systems and current commercial priorities. No financial files yet.
We confirm fit, agree scope and put the confidentiality and data-processing terms in place.
Accepted businesses receive named access to a secure, company-specific WorthArc portal and exact export instructions for their accounting, EPOS or ERP system.
We validate and analyse the data, challenge the findings, then deliver the report and management review.
Data handled deliberately
WorthArc does not ask beta applicants to upload files through the public website. Accepted businesses receive named access to a secure, company-specific portal after qualification.

Built from operating work
WorthArc is led by Marek Niedzwiedz, a UK retail operator and acquirer and Operating Partner at Flockstone Group. The Revenue Scan grew from hands-on work with real businesses where management needed more than historical reporting – it needed to know what to do next.
Marek has spent more than 20 years building, acquiring and operating companies. His record includes eight acquisitions across three countries and three founder-built exits, with direct operating experience across multi-site retail, wholesale distribution, regulated care and manufacturing.
Selective free Revenue Scan
WorthArc currently provides the complete Revenue Scan at no fee to selected UK businesses. Every application is assessed manually for sector fit, data quality and the likelihood that the findings can lead to action.
A strong applicant will:
No financial files are requested at this stage. Acceptance is not conditional on buying implementation support.
No. Accounts are one evidence source. The scan connects sales, customer, product, pricing, stock, quote and operating data to specific revenue, margin and cash decisions.
The beta accepts structured exports from QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage and most EPOS or ERP systems. CSV and Excel exports are normally sufficient; no accounting login is required.
The beta uses a structured analytical framework supported by technology, but every conclusion and recommendation is reviewed through an operator and board lens before delivery.
During the launch phase, WorthArc provides the scan at no fee to selected businesses so the framework can be tested across real operating models. Every application is reviewed manually, and acceptance depends on fit, usable data and current capacity.
Once the required files pass validation, a standard Revenue Scan is usually delivered within 1–2 working days. Complex, incomplete or unreconciled data may take longer; any exception is agreed before analysis begins.
There is no obligation to buy anything. Some businesses implement the findings internally; others ask WorthArc to provide paid implementation support, a 90-day Revenue Sprint or longer-term operating involvement. In exceptional cases, both parties may explore a strategic partnership, investment or acquisition.
